I'm an Associate Professor at Rosemead School of Psychology, Biola University and Associate Editor for the Journal of Psychology and Theology. I research access to care for heterogenous populations, religious/spiritual factors that contribute to well-being, as well as the creation and testing of psychological measures. I serve as the methodologist/statistician for many research projects and co-lead the Culture and Mental Health Lab and Asian American Mental Health Initiative.

I examine access to care for heterogeneous populations, building and testing conceptual models that explain treatment initiation and engagement outcomes, I use quantitative and mixed-methods research designs to answer research questions related to access to care.

I help researchers build and test psychological measures based on reflective, formative, or composite measurement models. I use structural equation modeling to answer research questions related to measurement development.

I examine psychological and religious/spiritual factors that contribute to well-being, burnout, and/or flourishing. I use general linear models and path analytic frameworks to answer these types of questions.

Design and methodology, data management and diagnostics, and statistical analysis and modeling using R, Mplus, G*Power, SAS, and SPSS.

Culturally responsive evaluation services, improving interventions, giving voice to heterogeneous groups, and testing theories in real-world settings.
